Seal of Command.... More bugs!

As alerted by Snow in the post below, Madawk brought to the attention on the test server that Judgement of Command has a flat 5% crit rate independant from spell or melee crit! Thankfully this was confirmed to be a bug by a blue later in the post.

Yet, Madawk also brings to attention that Seal of Command now seems to have a 0.5 second delay between the white damage and the yellow damage. As someone else remarked in that thread; Seal of Command was fixed in 1.10 from a 16 month old bug, and now they go in and alter an ability that was never deemed to be overpowered to begin with! Weird.

The SoC burst damage pre 1.8 was deemed overpowered hense the nerf to 70% and the upped proc rate. While it's more damage over time, burst damage is what wins pvp. Especially burst damage that only costs 48 mana.

The funny part about the 5% to crit on SoC bug is that Benediction (furor's butt buddy from his eq days) and the rest of the 'regulars' on the paladin forum jumped all over the guy saying he was a whining ret noob and nothign was broken. Nice.

The delay effect might very well be a component of lag. My experience on the test server involved long queues and occansional giant lag spikes. Hopefully that's all it is.

OH NOES!

As far as the crit percentage is concerned, I'm happy to report now that we're working on a fix for this that should show in a future patch.

Well... does that mean 1.11? Or will we have to wait for 1.12 and beyond?

I shudder to think about it.
