I've noticed that there's been a sharp visitor decline in the past couple of days. I have to say I can't blame you since there hasn't been that many updates recently. To be frank, it's hard to spot really interesting topics and subjects in Paladin community right now. Much of the discussions that take place are just advancements and reiterations of things that have been discussed plenty of times before.
Blizzard's very tight-lipped and Eyonix certainly hasn't given us any catering lately. Kinda frustrating, but I think he can't really dwelve on what's coming for us since 1.11 still is up on the PTR. Giving us 1.12 info is "too soon" me thinks. But overall I just want to stop talking about how the Protection tree is a pile of garbage, because it just makes me mad considering that it's been six months since we got our talent review.
But just so you guys know, I'm still here. If there's anything you find special and want to be brought up, send me an email.
By the way, I've thought about giving the blog a facelift since we're approaching the one year mark (!). Stay tuned.

Could this be TRUE?
Right, I know it isn't a nice trainable skill, or a prot tree revamp, but now I won't need to call my pee-pee pony "Golden Showers" anymore. IF it's true.
I hope that's true, though I wish either you can choose your aura color or it was blue.
does anyone know if the healing co-efficent of holy shock is the same as the damage co-efficent (43% iirc) and if +healing gear works with the healing part?
I've been checking the WoW forums since last night because I wanted to post here about a thread in either the PTR (likely) forum or the paladin (less likely) forum that listed paladin-only armor from Naxx that wasn't the Tier 3, but rather something called XXX of the Grand Crusader.
It sported +strength and %hit or something. And maybe also spell. Can't remember. The stupid boards have been down forever.
ANYWAY, there were reports of shoulders and belt, and there is some speculation that there are more pieces, although when highlighted on paper dolls the shoulders didn't show a set bonus of any kind, so it is unknown how many bits there are.
I certainly hope there is an alternative set. It's like w/the tier 3 set they've gone backwards to how Judgement used to be.

Ok, so, Blizz has redesigned the forums and it appears the the old ones are no more. So I googled "of the grand crusader" and found:

I think these are effectively the Naxx versions of the Fallen Crusader gear found in BWL and Fallen Emperor gear of AQ40. Refreshing to see it specifically designated as Paladin gear, but it is a shame that it shares a slot with Avenger's Battlegear, thus negating the 5-piece bonus.
It would be a pleasant surprise to see more Grand Crusader gear beyond these two pieces, but given how gear-lean the latest instances have tended to be I think by now we have seen (from the various mined data sites) the vast majority of what Naxx has to offer.

Suggestion for the new look: Darker color scheme. I often surf the site later at night and it's quite a blast in the eyes when coming from the WoW forums which are much darker. My suggestion? Black background, with gold, red, and white accents (a la Judgment Armor).
