I don't get that logic

Caydiem:
Before you ask why numbers weren't buffed during the shift, please understand that talent trees aren't necessarily designed to get much stronger as you get deeper into the tree, but rather unlock more options along the same basic line. Other class trees are designed in precisely the same way.
Leader of the Pack or Innervate as 11 talent point skills? Yes, please! I know she's saying "not necessarily", but, let's face it; neither of the Paladin's talent obtained abilities are that powerful or "hard" has Moonkin Form, Leader of the Pack and Innervate for example.

Tip to developers:
- Please swap Blessing of Kings and Consecration. I know you don't like that Divine Strength and Divine Intellect is in the same tree, but please, it's pretty easy to do now.
- Buff Holy Shield. Make it block more, or whatever.
- Make Repentance do a small amount of Holy damage. Something like 80, 100, 150 upon usage. It'd make it much more interesting.

Keep up the good work, those are some of the most intelligent suggestions I've heard. 90% of the time when someone suggests a change it's something like please make a paladin "I Win!" button.

Fundamentally, the minimum change that needs to be made to Holy Shield is a duration increase. It is too bloody rare that all 4 blocks are used up in the allotted 10 seconds unless you are tanking the Deadmines or something. Add "and generates a high amount of threat" to the skill and you have an honest to goodness tanking skill. I'm still not covinced that the RF buff can generate the sort of threat needed to tank against well equiped DPS classes.

As for swapping Consecration and BoK, ultimately I think it is fairly unnecessary so long as they both remain 11pt talents. Were they 21pt things would be different.

For my money, Repentance is just great as it is. Anything else, though welcome, is just gravy for me.

In addition, Caydiem does have a point in her comment.

Having a look at the Rogue trees in particular, you can argue that the most powerful talents are not the 31pt talents, but the end-tier ones do improve dramatically how well said powerful skills work. Thinking about Vigor and Adrenaline Rush here in particualr. Not that in any way all classes talents have been designed around this ethos, but certainly some have, DPS classes in particular.

That is the dumbest thing I ever heard. Innervate as a tier 1 talent please. :)

Yeah and holy shield needs a duration buff. It's pretty lame. Should last forever until it's used up imo.

Yeah really, if the spot on the trees don't matter, then they should move reckoning, seal of command, divine favor, spiritual focus, illumination, concencration, repetence and holy shock to the bottom of the trees. Holy Strength, impoved Blessing of Might and Improved devotion aura can all be end tree talents! Balanced at last!
