My Question?

How are the Shaman buffs going?

Beware what you ask for priests. And expect Holy Nova to remain at the bottom of the Holy Tree in 1.10.

I recently posted something on the Paladin forums that called for a Dev to come out and tell us what he/she actually feels the Paladin's role is...Almost immediately my post was deleted. I urge all readers of this site to do the same, get the word out that Caydiem is doing a lackluster job as a CM and that we utterly want to hear some feedback from the source.

Just got banned for posting that now, fantastic. The CMs are worse than the Nazis, in my opinion I doubt Caydiem has ever so much as gone back and spoken to the devs about the predicament of the Paladin class. Please people support me in this cause, go start your own threads about this to have our voices heard.

" We're still in the process of refining our changes to the Paladin talent trees. In the interest of keeping you informed of these developments, here are the latest changes, which will be updated on the Test Realm soon:

* Blessing of Kings, the former 31 point talent in Retribution, has been shifted to the 11 point talent in the Protection tree.
* Blessing of Sanctuary, the former 11 point talent in Protection, has been shifted to the 21 point talent in the same tree.
* Holy Shield, the former 21 point talent in Protection, has been shifted to the 31 point talent in the same tree and has had its mana cost slightly reduced.
* Repentance, the former 31 point talent in Protection, has been shifted to the 31 point talent in the Retribution tree.

Please be aware that, as developer and player alike continue to test patch 1.9, further changes will be made if deemed necessary.

Before you ask why numbers weren't buffed during the shift, please understand that talent trees aren't necessarily designed to get much stronger as you get deeper into the tree, but rather unlock more options along the same basic line. Other class trees are designed in precisely the same way.

The developers will continue to evaluate the situation and make changes should they find something lacking, never fear."

the latest changes are pretty good, moved bok down to somewhere obtainable for pve builds, and added an extra joc option at the end of retri + a healing window, I dont get what all of the complaints are about, if I were a retridin I'd be thrilled ^^

Lol, talk about doing a complete 180.

Horde are going to bitch like the clappers now though unfortuntely, unless BoK gets nerfed big time or they get a similar spell for their faction. Maybe as the Troll Priest Racial. Holy Shield as the 31pt talent is still very lackluster though, as is the current version of Repentance (though i'd bite Bliz's hand off if they offered it as a trainer skill).

I'd love to see the method they are using to do decided on the changes. A big dartboard and a blindfold comes to mind.

Blah! Just read the thread. Is it really that hard to come up with a good question to ask the devs? It's like that one episode of South Park where God comes out and allows one person to ask one question. You expect the question to be meaniful since you only got 1 shot at it. Instead you got Kyle blurt out why he doesn't have his period yet.
