Upgraded the Blogger.com version and um...that stupid banner on top is back. I've used code previously to remove it, but it doesn't work anymore. I'll have to find a way to do that again.

You need to respec to the Blogtribution tree to debuff "Stupid Blog Banner"
Oh Lord, it is to LOL. The Blog Thief stole this entry as well, and it makes very little sense on his website.
You should try and experiment with that site that keeps copying your posts. They copied this post which had absolutely no relevance for them, so its probably just automated. If so, you should just make a post stating "This post was copied from Paladinsucks.com." and a link here, and then keep remaking/deleting that post. It should spam the hell out of em.
I don't think that website is intentionally stealing your posts - it just looks like an automated blog aggregator.
However, it should still provide a link back to the original blog.
I would suggest somthing like the following:

onload="if(window.location.href.indexOf('paladinsucks') < 0){this.src='bad-picture.jpg';}"/>
Replace "good-picture.jpg" and "bad-picture.jpg" with whatever suits you.
