REAL 1.12 notes

Thanks to Anonymous to alert the new Paladin changes that came in the official 1.12 notes:
- Divine Shield: The tooltip has been changed to 100% due to the haste effect change.

Though, to cheer me up...finally. A feature that I've been waiting FOREVER for!
V key now shows both monsters and player enemies.

- Windfury Totem: The weapon enchantment from this totem will now only trigger off normal melee swings. This means abilities such as Sinister Strike, Mortal Strike, and Hamstring will no longer trigger the Windfury Totem.

Woah, Horde just got boned big-time.

As for the rest of the patch, and the lack of Prot tree changes, colour me un-surprised. As I said last month, I guess we'll just have to wait on the Expansion (yeah, right, like there'll be any fixes).

Am I the only one confused by the haste/slow affect change? How the heck do you "slow" something by 100% isn't that just stopping completely? *confused look*

Not really. You're just multipling the speed by the percentage. So a 3.00 x 100% would be 6.00.

No, 3.00 X 100% = 3.00 * 1.0 = 3.00.
Now, if they were INCREASING it by 100%, you'd have
3.00 + (3.00 * 100%) = 6.00.

I love how people are claiming the horde got 'owned'

Lets stop believing the hype for a second, and look at one cold hard fact.

What would you rather have as a rogue or a warrior, 1 extra swing 20% of the time, or +185 attack power? I'm betting 1 extra swing out dps's +185 attack power. I'm sure it does in pvp since burst damage is always better than slow damage in pvp.

Anyone want to compare a shaman's offensive ability in PvP to a paladins? Seriously, don't feel sorry for them for a minute. It's in vouge for every class to cry now.
