Yep, from the sounds of it (worldofwarcraft.com) the forum servers have grenaded.

Arena PVP sets are up (in French). Here's my best attempt at translation. We get to choose between a Critadin set and a Healadin set. Not really sure how the "crit rating" system works, but I know resilience is a stat that reduces your chance to be hit with melee or spell criticals. This is all level 70 gear.
Here's my translation:
Paladin Set Bonusues:
(2) Increases your resilience by 35.
(4) Decreases your HoJ cooldown by 10 seconds.
