Players who didn't like the patch are gone, playing other characters.

Especially when the forums are down half the time.
I'll think of a few things to write up on the Paladin changes and my perspective a week after they went live (or two weeks, I guess).
has it ever...I mean man I am a FULL pally devoter. I always said I am a pally till the game ends, but man today my SoC proc'd a total of 8times in 4 BGs. This is bad, I want to re-roll a warrior but at the sametime I can't leave my pally, it's like a feeling that rips apart your gut and says fuck you paladins....
What do you expect. They sent us a Druid/Shaman player to act as our CM, and who even praised the trolls. I've quit browsing the Paladin forums regularly.

There was an interesting video on the forums about aoe tanking, showing that with 1.9 a prot pally with consecrate can hold aggro indefinitely (mana being the limiting factor) over blizzarding mages. It seems that with ret aura up, consecrate + RF beats blizzard - salvation. It's something, although I agree with most of the posters on the video: that's cool, but give me back my ability to tank bosses.
3. My druid has found an endgame guild much faster than my pally ever did. It's a little more salt in the wound for a character that does everything better than my pally did.

I really dont get the complaining, im getting 3-1 k:d numbers in AV now which was impossible prepatch, my damage has gone up shitloads if you count out the lucky double crit you could have in 1.8 (which is equal to the non crit damage I can do in 1 hoj now)
I wear 5/8 judge + all critgear in the rest, and zhc
that's nice. now try to hold aggro with a 1 hander.
In pve you heal -_-
I was dissapointed with the review, and especially with caydiem/fangtooth. I play my paladin still when my guild does runs, but most of the time I spend leveling my alt. I might quit wow all together, or I'll probably just play my alt as my main once I get it to 60.
